Refund and Returns Policy
At Royals Beauty Supply and Salon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a flexible refund and returns policy.
Returns
- You can return unused and unopened products within 2Hrs of delivery
- Products must be in their original packaging and condition
- Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned products
- Refunds will include the full amount paid, minus any shipping costs
Exchanges
- You can exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery
- Please contact us for an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired product
Exceptions
- Gift cards and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Products marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Products damaged or tampered with are non-returnable and non-refundable
Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a record of the tracking number
Warranty
- We offer a 2-day warranty on all products
- If a product is defective or malfunctioning, please contact us for a replacement or refund
