Refund and Returns Policy

At Royals Beauty Supply and Salon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a flexible refund and returns policy.

Returns

  • You can return unused and unopened products within 2Hrs of delivery
  • Products must be in their original packaging and condition
  • Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned products
  • Refunds will include the full amount paid, minus any shipping costs

Exchanges

  • You can exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery
  • Please contact us for an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired product

Exceptions

  • Gift cards and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Products damaged or tampered with are non-returnable and non-refundable

Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a record of the tracking number

Warranty

  • We offer a 2-day warranty on all products
  • If a product is defective or malfunctioning, please contact us for a replacement or refund
